Health and Wellness Programs

Drop-in adult health and wellness classes are open to members age 14 and over. Unless otherwise specified, classes are free for members and $10.00 per day for program members. Health and Wellness schedules are available at the front desk.

Combo Classes

Body Sculting
This high intensity workout is designed to challenge your cardio vascular fitness, strength and endurance. (Beginner level class)

Boot Camp
This high intensity interval class uses your body, calisthenics, along with jump ropes, weights, and other equipment to bring your workout to the next level! (Advanced level class)

Cardio and Sculpt
This is a fun class, perfect for people who like variety and want to SHAKE UP their workout! Class format may be step, Hip Hop or kickboxing for the first portion followed by body sculpting.

Cardio Choice
A fun class, perfect for anyone who loves variety. Varying each week, the instructor will motivate you through various cardio formats that are sure to keep you interested and coming back for more.

Total body weight training with cardio typically after each body part. (Intermediate level class)

Cardio Sculpt
An innovative class that is based on instructor’s choice of cardio, kickboxing, interval training, step aerobic and floor with body strengthening utilizing various strength and training equipment.

Come and join us for an hour of shaping our bodies andincreasing flexibility while promoting healthy bones.   (All levels to advanced level class)

Circuit Training
A high intensity workout designed to challenge your cardiovascular fitness, strength and endurance. The class uses a cross-training format while incorporating plyometrics, resistance training, core conditioning, teamwork, outdoor fun (weather permitting), and a whole lot more!

Gym Circuit

Participants will utilize the cardio machines for intensity/variation on a group level to bring it to the next level. (All levels class)

Anything goes in this class!  There will be a different instructor each week to keep you and your body guessing what's next.

Interval Training
An interval cardio class that utilizes a variety of strength training tools such as body resistance bands, weights and step boards to work the entire body.

Power Sculpt and Stretch
A full body strengthening class that will be sure to tone every muscle in your body.  This class ends with 15 minutes of relaxing stretch. (All class levels)

Strength Training
This is a full body, strengthening class. The goal of this class is to progressively lift heavier weights, making sure you work at YOUR level. With this class you will build muscle, burn fat and boost your metabolism.

This class is composed of 20 minutes each of various cardio formats (hi/lo aerobics, kickbox, etc.), body sculpt and stretching. All fitness levels welcomed. (All levels class)
