Drop-in adult health and wellness classes are open to members age 14 and over. Unless otherwise specified, classes are free for members and $5.00 for a day pass. Health and Wellness schedules are available at the front desk. |

Active Older Adults(AOA) BLT (Buns, Legs and Tummy) Body Sculpt Come join us for a session of bone-density building exercises that
also shape and define your body! If the idea of using strength
machines by yourself does not appeal to you, then this is your class!

Step Zumba® This class combines high-energy and motivating music with unique moves and combinations that allow the Zumba participants to dance away their worries. Add some spice and flare to your workout and shake your cha-cha! This latin-based group exercise class is fun and easy to do. No dance experience required! Personal ServicesW.O.W. (Women on Weights) Session: 7 week program There must be a minimum of 4 and a maximum of 10 members
registered for each session for Women on Weights Program to take
place. A refund will be granted to those who register if program is
