Boot Camp Xtreme
This is an hour long intense work out designed for Levels II-III. We
use dumbbells, bands, body weight, and gliders to get the heart rate
and muscles pumping!
Circuit Training
You can do anything for one minute, right? Join our class for one
minute of each upper body, lower body, abdominal and cardio and
then move onto the next cycle. This class flies by and you will get
an entire body workout.
Fitness Cycle
A great workout that is fun, effective and easy to learn! A
customized stationary racing bike gives you a smooth workout for
beginner or advanced. Learn how to incorporate the use of heart
rate monitors to get a safe and effective cardio-vascular workout.
Don’t forget your water and a towel!
Hi-Lo Energizer
This class is an energy-filled workout composed of high and low
impact aerobic combinations.
Intro to Cycle
Learn the fundamentals of cycling but be prepared
for a

Cardio and Sculpt
This is a fun class, perfect for people who like
variety and
want to SHAKE UP their workout! Class format may be step,
Hip Hop or kickboxing for the first portion followed by body
sculpting.
Cardio Kickboxing
Release tension and burn lots of calories in this choreographed and
freestyle group exercise class! There will be lots of punching and
kicking routines coupled with traditional aerobic exercises.
Cardio Through Strength
Don’t think a body bar or dumb bell can get your heart rate up?
Come take this exciting new class and see how through the use
of body weight, dumb bells, and body bars we can not only build
strength but get the heart pumping.
Core and More
Strengthen your core, stretch and get fit.
Strength Training
Using less reps, each participant will work on lifting heavier
weights. Build muscle and burn fat.
Zumba®
This class combines high-energy and motivating music with unique
moves and combinations that allow the Zumba participants to
dance away their worries. Add some spice and flare to your workout
and shake your cha-cha! This latin-based group xercise class is fun
and easy to do. No dance experience required! |

AOA Yoga
This level of Yoga is designed for Level 1 members.
Isometric Strength and Sculpt
This yoga inspired class is designed for level 1 members. This class will take you through various yoga poses but with the use of blocks,
straps, and light dumb bells so you can hold poses for longer and reap the strength benefits of many yoga poses.
Mat Pilates
Improve core control, coordination, standing alignment and balance with stretching and strengthening exercises that are performed
while standing, seated, lying or on all fours.
Mixed Yoga
All fitness levels are encouraged to explore asanas (poses) in order to decrease stress and increase flexibility. You will feel refreshed, restored and re-energized.
Morning Stretch
This full body stretch class is meant to lengthen your muscles,
relieve stress and tension and increase flexibility. Join the fun
with this great morning workout that provides a relaxing, yet invigorating way to start the day.
Personal Services
W.O.W. (Women on Weights)
This group training course is designed to teach women
several strength training exercises for each body part using
physio balls, dumbbells, body weight, bands, and tubing.
Sessions: 7 week program
Days/Times: Tuesdays and Thursday
4:15 pm and 6:00 pm
Class size: 4 min./10 max.
Fees: Members pricing -
$20 for one day a week per session
$40 for two days a week per session
$60 for three days a week per session
Program member pricing is available.
Personal Training
This service provides one-on-one training with a certified instructor
who can assess your current strength and flexibility levels and
customize a program just for you. These workouts will incorporate
free weights, dumbbells, ab exercises and much more. Individual
Personal Training prices start at $30/hour and for two people it
is a flat rate of $50/hour. Group Trainings are $80/hour for 4 to
