Youth Sports Conditioning (YSC)
(For 13-18 yrs.)
The goal of this class is to introduce young athletes to various aspects of strength and conditioning. This class will
cover injury prevention and knee stability exercises, speed and agility work, plyometrics and properly teach and promote safe lifting

Karate Kids and Goju Ryu Karate
Certified first degree black belt Goju Karate instructor has designed family karate classes for children and adults of all ability levels, interests and ages. Karate is a registration only program. Karate is taught in a continuous 7 week session and training may begin at anytime. See instructor for purchase of uniform. This program is held at the Corinth Branch only. After School Enrichment Program
(Kindergarten–Fifth grade)
The YMCA After School Enrichment Program is a state licensed
after school care program that operates at the Corinth Elementary
school 2:30-6:00 pm. This program operates every full and half
day of school from September through June. If school has an early
dismissal the program operates a “Fun Day” for child care. Trained
staff lead age-appropriate, fun activities which include crafts,
games and peer socialization/ activity. A snack is provided.

Fees: Members - $185/month

Teen Fit
The Teen Fit program helps students gain an interest in exercise and nutrition by providing a fun teen-oriented program at the Corinth Branch. Activity and exercise are vital ingredients towards
a long and healthy lifestyle for young people. This is a voluntary after school program that offers a variety of activities such as: walking, weight lifting, aerobic classes, intro to cardio equipment,
and much more! In addition, homework help is provided, interaction with positive role models, and a support network for growth and
development. The mission of this program is to empower, encourage and strengthen “at risk” teens in mind, body and spirit to help them
make positive and healthy decisions. This program is sponsored by the Saratoga Youth Bureau and there is no fee for participation.

Micro-Soccer (3-6 years)
Co-ed program for youth ages 3 to 6. There are no try-outs, emphasis is on participation NOT winning, and fundamentals are stressed. They will be divided into four teams and the first half hour will be “practice”. Teams will have drills, team cooperation plays, and learn basic skills of the game. Girls on the Run
A FREE 10 week program that ends with a 5K Run/Walk, that uses
fitness and fun to learn about self-esteem, values, being respectful
to ourselves and our communities, making difficult decisions and
being true to who we are. We are looking for 4th and 5th grade
girls who believe girls are smart, powerful, strong, fun, cool, and would
like to celebrate that fact with other girls who feel the same way. Girls should come in comfortable clothing for walking and
